The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Clearly state the reason for the return at the time of your request. Please note that the reason provided will be reviewed and cannot be changed once submitted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon Receipt and Inspection:
If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is GBP 0.00
Exchanges
Exchanges: Accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
